Former Nigerian international Nwankwo Kanu on Saturday, December 3, buried his late mother who passed away on September 7, at the age of 82.
Late Susan Nwannediya Kanu was finally laid to rest at their home town Amannagwu village- Arochukwu in Abia state.
A service of songs was held for the footballer’s late mom whose remains arrived the town a day before internment.
Well wishers as well as top dignitaries were in attendance amid tight security.
